The founding of Avangard Fiber Tech Co. was driven by a clear market gap: the Middle East and North Africa had no locally integrated facility capable of producing the full range of fiberglass-reinforced polymer construction products at industrial scale. Raw materials were imported, finished products were scarce, and the region's construction sector was denied access to a generation of materials that had already transformed infrastructure projects in Europe, Russia, and North America.
Bringing together the engineering heritage of Avangard Engineering Group from Russia, the on-the-ground operational capacity of Egypt's Arabilla Group, the financial backbone of Ento Capital Co from the UAE, and the legal precision of Bayt Al-Khabara Legal Consulting from Saudi Arabia — the consortium broke ground on a facility that would change the equation entirely.
Today, our 17,000 m² complex in 10th of Ramadan Industrial City operates a fully integrated production cycle: raw fibre preparation, resin application, shaping, quality control, and warehousing. Every product that leaves our facility has been tested against the most stringent international standards. Our goal is not just to supply a product — it is to build confidence in FRP technology throughout the region.
